Undergraduate Financial Aid does not provide scholarship aid for Yale Summer Session courses. However, Yale College students enrolling in these courses may be eligible for Yale Summer Session financial assistance, or financial aid from other sources, to help defray tuition costs.

Summer Pell Grants

Summer Loans
Students enrolled in Yale Summer Session may be eligible for a variety of student loans.
- Students must be enrolled at least half-time (1.5 Yale Credits).
- Students participating in a Yale-approved study abroad program may qualify under the Federal Direct Loan Program.
- Students must apply for loans at least one week before the end of the course or summer term for which they are intended to allow for processing.
