Used to verify that a family will have more than one student enrolled in college during the academic year.
Instructions:
Families must fill out the form's Section I, then have the financial aid office at the sibling’s college fill out Section II.
Please note: If more than one of an applicant's siblings will be concurrently enrolled in college, please use a different form for each sibling.
